Terms of Use
Last updated 31 October 2026
By creating a FitBelt account or using the app you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Accounts created to collect rewards unfairly may be closed.
Training
Workouts and exercise guidance in FitBelt are general information, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new programme if you have any health condition, and stop if you feel pain or unwell.
XP, points and rewards
- XP measures your progress in the app. It does not prove attendance or physical activity.
- Points have no cash value. They can’t be bought, sold or exchanged for money.
- Rewards depend on availability. Points are taken when you request a reward and returned if the request is rejected.
- We may change how XP and points are earned, or limit or switch off features such as sending points, to keep the system fair. We may reverse points gained through errors or misuse.
Gyms
Memberships are between you and your gym. Prices, payments, pauses and cancellations follow the gym’s plan; the gym records payments in FitBelt.
Community
Be respectful in your gym’s chat. No harassment, hate, spam or illegal content. Gym owners and FitBelt can remove messages and lock the chat.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (see how). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: use the contact form. See also our Privacy Policy.
